We can raise a glass (or growler) and toast the oldest and most enjoyable of all beverages. People have been consuming beer for over 5,000 years; in fact, the ancient Chinese artifacts suggested that beer brewed with grapes, honey, hawthorns, and rice were produced as far back as 7,000 BC – the birth of BEER!
